This agreement is between New Era Education Ltd, 125 Victoria House, Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3WB registered in England under company registration number 3894476 ("New Era") and the "User" meaning you, the user of the SchoolPing app and website (collectively described as the "Service").

These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time the User accesses the Service. By using these services the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Basic Terms

1. The Service is only available to Users with a valid account through a subscripting school/institution.

Responsibilities of the User

1. To maintain the confidentiality of your password and login identity
2. Not to allow your password to be used by any third-party
3. To use the Service strictly in accordance with this Agreement
4. New Era reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your membership of and access to the Service for any breach of these terms and conditions at our sole discretion without liability or notice to you.

Data Protection

Warranties and Liability

1. New Era is not responsible for any content delivered through the Service. All content is created by the school/institution using our services. All content is the responsibility of the school or relevant vendor as appropriate.
2. New Era does not make any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information.
3. In no circumstances shall New Era be liable to the User for any loss or damage arising from any interruption or cessation of Service.

Intellectual Property

1. New Era shall have sole title and ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights created or developed in the provision of the Services except in relation to any content, text or other material supplied by the User to New Era or introduced in use of the Service.
