SchoolPing is a service used by schools which allows them to share information with parents. Parents will need to have an associated parent account created by a school to use the service.

Such information may include your name and email address. We may request Personally Identifiable Information from you when you to register to use the Application.

This information may be used to analyse trends and improve our services.

You can stop collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application.

How can I delete my account?

Your account is controlled by the school you are associated with. Please contact them if you no longer wish to use the product.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
